- After booking guest will be asked: 1. Sign additional rental agreement and liability waiver. 2. Provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. - The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. - The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service. - All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
