Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only. ⸻ 📄 Liability Agreement: To ensure a smooth arrival and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is a mandatory step - check-in instructions will only be released once the agreement is submitted. ⏳ If not submitted on time, the reservation may be subject to cancellation. ⸻ 📋 LEASE REQUIREMENTS: To complete your booking and ensure compliance with community regulations, please review and fulfill the following steps: • The lease agreement must be fully signed, including all required details such as names, dates, and amounts • A valid ID is required for each adult guest (Driver’s License for U.S. residents or Passport for international guests) • A non-refundable application fee of $100, paid by the tenant • If applicable, a refundable pet deposit of $250, paid by the tenant • All payments can be made by check or credit card These steps are mandatory to finalize your stay and maintain smooth processing with the management office. ⸻ 🔑 Check-In Method: Guests will be able to access the property through an electronic door lock. We perform monthly pest control, but please keep doors closed to help minimize exposure. ⸻ 📷 Security For your safety, exterior security cameras are in place around the perimeter of the property. ⸻ 🧾 Inventory Check An inventory check is completed after every stay. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. · The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service. · All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. · Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. · Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to prevent A/C problems and protect the furniture from humidity. · BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
