Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date. 👥 GUESTS POLICY: - Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be aware that out of these 8 guests, we can only host a maximum of 6 adults. - The unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. ‼️HOUSE RULES: - Please keep Doors & Windows Closed to maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
