This covers building access for up to 3 guests and includes fob activation. Please note: These rates are provided by Sian Ocean Residences and are subject to change without prior notice. * Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay. * Overnight Parking: Available from $20 per night, with reduced rates for longer stays (3 days – $45, 7 days – $90, 14 days – $125, 31 days – $175). Please note, rates are set by Sian Ocean Residences and may change without notice. * No Resort Fees: Enjoy full access to amenities without any additional resort charges. · As per City of Hollywood guidelines, this unit accommodates up to (2) adults + (4) children. · Laundry rooms are conveniently located on the floor. After exiting the elevator, take a left turn; the laundry room is the second door. To use the machines, please purchase a blue laundry card from the front desk.
