1. Age limit to check-in is 21 years old. 2. Bringing your furry +1? Don’t forget to register them before check-in by filling in the form that we will provide after you make a reservation. 3. No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No outside visitors are permitted on property, only registered guest are to occupy per Broward County Executive Order 20-21. With your reservation, please send the names of all registered guests. Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not registered to the unit. 4. Occupancy levels strictly are enforced. Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. Refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests. 5. Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $150 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. 6. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
