Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old. During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night): $40 + tax per night Resort will place hold on $250 as security deposit. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Valet parking fee: $35+ tax per night For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for the most up to date rate, fees and information regarding amenities. Housekeeping during stay (optional): $150. This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.
