No outside visitors are permitted on property, only registered guest are to occupy per Broward County Executive Order 20-21. With your reservation, please send the names of all registered guests. Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not registered to the unit. 3. Occupancy levels strictly are enforced. Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. Refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests 4. In our efforts to take care of our residents, guests, and employees - Every guest checking in will be screened with our state-of-the-art thermal camera to ensure there are no symptoms of COVID-19, such as high fever. If during the screening, the guests displays high fever, a secondary test will be performed. If the secondary test confirms the symptom, the guest will not be checked-in and will be referred to the nearest emergency room for COVID-19 testing. 5. Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $250 per stay to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. 6. Pets - welcome up to 20lb. Resort Procedures: Check-in is completed through the resort’s front desk. Three days before your arrival, you will receive a message with access instructions and details on the check-in process. At check-in, the resort will collect the following: • Refundable security deposit of $250, released after check-out once the home has been inspected by staff. Processing times vary depending on your bank. • Nightly resort fee of $40 plus tax, which includes access to pools, the fitness center and beach services. • Valet parking available for $35 plus tax per night. Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing. A valid ID and a credit card in the reservation holder’s name are required. All guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Smoking is not permitted inside the residence or in shared resort areas. A $500 fee applies for violations. To help maintain air quality and prevent humidity buildup, please keep all windows and balcony doors closed while the air conditioning is operating. Guest Convenience: Several optional services are available for an additional fee and can be arranged through the guest portal: • Early check-in for $80, subject to availability on the day of arrival. • Late check-out for $80, offering up to two extra hours beyond standard departure time. • Pack 'n Play (travel crib) for USD 100 per stay, available with advance notice of at least one week. • Mid-stay cleaning for $128 per service. A washer and dryer are provided inside the residence for guest use.
