Living Area: The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with an HD TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach. Master Bedroom (Ocean view): The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower so that you donโt have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV. Second Bedroom (Ocean view): The 2nd bedroom has two double size beds and ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower.
Other Details to Note
Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old. During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night): $40 + tax per night Resort will place hold on $250.00 as security deposit. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Valet parking fee: $35.00 + tax per night For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for the most up to date rate, fees and information regarding amenities. Housekeeping during stay (optional): $150.00 This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out. PETS - welcome up to 20lb. Additional fee and security deposit required. Please contact us to add your pet to reservation. Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach. Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using the resort amenities. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
