Additionally, an array of dining options awaits, including the renowned Etaru situated right by the beach, adjacent to the building's beach service area. ------ โ๏ธAge limit to check-in is 21 years old โ๏ธ No parties or gatherings are allowed inside the units. No outside visitors are permitted on property, only registered guest are to occupy per Broward County Executive Order 20-21. With your reservation, please send the names of all registered guests. Management reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not registered to the unit. โ๏ธ Occupancy levels strictly are enforced. Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. Refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests. โ๏ธAll guests must wear the wristbands provided by Hyde Resort when using its amenities. โ๏ธCredit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $75 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank.

If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old. During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night): $40 + tax per night Resort will place hold on $250.00 as security deposit. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Please consider arriving early during high season as amenities are limited. Valet parking fee: $35.00 + tax per night For stays longer than 30 days, please contact the resort for the most up to date rate, fees and information regarding amenities. Housekeeping during stay (optional): $130.00 This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Please reach out to one of our associates with a date and time you'd like to schedule the cleaning, and we'll coordinate with the cleaners to help with your request. ***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out. PETS - welcome up to 20lb. Additional fee and security deposit required. Please contact us to add your pet to reservation. Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach. Wrist Bands provided by the resort need to be worn by all guests while using resort amenities. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
