Locals authorities and your property manager will be contacted in case of violations without a second warning. Refer to the maximum occupancy permitted per room at all times is 6 guests. 5. Credit card & ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. We hold an authorization of $150 per night to cover incidentals. Incidentals will consist of resort fees & or parking fees. No Exceptions. Security Deposit will be release immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on account depending on the bank. 6.
