OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES: (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): 1. Resort Fee $30 + tax per night* 2. Valet Parking $28 + tax per night 3. Security Deposit of $250 to cover any incidental costs in your unit.** Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a check-in form upon arrival. * Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee. ** Credit card and ID must match name on reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hotel front desk will place a hold of $250 on your credit card at the time of check in. Security deposit will be released immediately upon check out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank. For stays longer than that, please contact the resort directly to get most up-to-date rates. While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible. - If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability.
