Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. โขโ Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. โขโ Kindly be advised that the garage is not at the disposal of guests. Parking on the streets is strictly prohibited. Guests, however, are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles on the driveway. Your adherence to these parking regulations imposed by the city of Fort Lauderdale is greatly appreciated. โขโ โ The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service. โขโ โ All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. โขโ Additionally, Pool and Landscape professionals do come to the house weekly to conduct their businesses, they cannot be scheduled and would appreciate it if they would complete their tasks in a timely manner. โขโ โ Please be informed, there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety. โขโ โ Please note that the hot tub is out of service. We appreciate your understanding. โขโ โ BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
