VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. - The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service. - All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered. - Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. -Late Checkout Policy: Please understand that we do not charge for late checkoutโour third-party cleaning company does. They arrive promptly at 10:00 AM, and if the property is not vacated on time, they charge us $100. Unfortunately, we are then required to pass this charge to you. If you need a late checkout, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to coordinate with the cleaning company to accommodate your request.
