After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. Up to the registered number of guests allowed. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only. ⸻ 📄 Liability Agreement: To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in.
