👥 Guest Policy: The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It is equipped with all essentials for a short-term stay. For any additional items, nearby supermarkets and shops are available to meet your personal preferences and needs. No parties or additional overnight guests are allowed. ⸻ 🔑 Check-In Method: Upon arrival, you will first check in with the hotel receptionist, who will assist you with the initial steps of your stay. For your convenience, three days prior to your arrival, you will also receive a unique smart lock code that will grant you direct access to the property throughout your visit. ⸻ 🧾 Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 or older to book and stay at the property. ⸻ 💳 Resort Fee and Security Deposit: A resort fee of $30 + tax per night is payable directly at check-in. This includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. A $250 security deposit will be held by the front desk to cover any incidents in common areas. It will be released after check-out and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account. ✅ Resort fee and deposit required at check-in. Credit card and ID must match the name on the reservation or accompanying guest. All guests must sign a check-in form upon arrival. ⸻ 🍼 Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay. 💲You will be able to purchase this option through our guest portal. ⸻ 🅿️ Parking: Valet parking is available for $28 + tax per night. Monthly rates may be available at a lower cost.
