This is a mandatory step with no exceptions; check-in instructions can only be provided once the agreement is completed. If not submitted on time, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation. ⸻ 🚪Check-In Method: Guests can access the property using a lockbox located near the entrance. On the day of check-in, you’ll receive a unique code to open the lockbox and retrieve the physical key to enter. For your security, the code is updated after each guest’s stay. ⸻ 🔑 Key & Fob Return: A $200 penalty will be applied if the physical key is not returned as instructed at check-out. ⸻ 🅿️ Parking: Two cars may be parked in the driveway outside the property. If you have a third car, it must be parked inside the garage. ⸻ 🧑 Primary Renter Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. This is strictly enforced. ⸻ 🍼 Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. A $500 fine will apply for violations. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. ⸻ 🛠️ Scheduled Maintenance Our pool and landscaping professionals may stop by weekly to maintain the grounds.
